Mushroom Identifier Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mushroom Identifier ("we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of the Mushroom Identifier mobile application (the "App"). You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Use. You are encouraged to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not engage in unauthorized or automated use of the App.
• You will not misuse or harm the App, including exploiting its features for unintended purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to subscribe to our premium services, payments will be processed through the App Store. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions, and you may cancel auto-renewal through your App Store account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and all content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we deem violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App or us. You may also terminate these Terms by discontinuing the use of the App and deleting it from your device.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
